Your alcohol certification will be valid for 3 years.

How do I renew my StateFoodSafety Alcohol Certification?

If your certification has expired, you will need to purchase and retake the Arizona Alcohol Certification training and test. If you need to reprint your current certificate, log in and go to the Certificates section. From there, you can click View and print your certificate.

How long can I access the course?

Do I need an alcohol certification?

If you are a manager or owner involved in day-to-day operations, you are required to take Basic Title 4 Training, as well as Management Training. If you are an employee you are not required to complete an alcohol certification course, but it is highly recommended. After you successfully complete this course, you will receive the StateFoodSafety Arizona BASIC Title 4 Off-Sale Alcohol Training Certificate.
