Who is required to take sexual harassment prevention training in Illinois?

Section 2-109(B) and/or Section 2-110(C) of the Illinois Human Rights Act mandates that all employers in Illinois deliver a sexual harassment prevention training program to all employees on an annual basis. Supervisors must receive at least two hours of training, while all other employees must receive at lest one hour.

How often must supervisors complete the training?

Supervisors must complete two hours of training every year.

Yes! This training meets the state of Illinois's requirements for Sexual Harassment Prevention training Section 2-109(B) and/or Section 2-110(C) of the Illinois Human Rights Act.
