Great course. Very easy training by instructors that are willing to take there time and go back over the things that you are giving the wrong answers. They also are very good of explaining the in and out about how you should really work a kitchen. Taking the test was easy. You could take it twice. But it only took me one time. Good luck to the people who take the exame.
