This online food service workers course has been approved by the Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department of West Virginia. Upon successful completion of the course and test, you will print your offical MOVHD Food Service Workers Permit, which is valid for three years.

The StateFoodSafety.com Food Service Workers Course is valid throughout the MOVHD Jurisdiction, which includes Calhoun County, Pleasants County, Ritchie County, Roane County, Wirt County, and Wood County.
You will need a valid email address to register for this course. If you do not currently have an email address, you can get one for free online. We recommend Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail.
You must pass the Food Handler Course Assessment with a 70 % or higher to print your Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department food service workers permit. You will be given two test attempts with the purchase of each course.
Please download your Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department food service workers permit (a .pdf document) as soon as you have completed the assessment, even if you cannot print it at this time.
