Food Safety Focus: Norovirus

This Food Safety Focus introduces foodserivce workers to Norovirus, the leading cause of foodborne illness in the United States. They will learn the common symptoms of Norovirus infection and how this virus passes through the fecal-oral route. Guidelines for preventing the spread of Norovirus, including hand hygiene and work exclusion, are also provided.
