Food Safety Focus: Mice and Rats

This Food Safety Focus teaches foodservice workers about how mice and rats can be carriers of dangerous pathogens that can contaminate food and surfaces. Workers will learn how to keep rodents out of the workplace through proper waste management and building maintenance. This course also explains how to identify an infestation and safely clean up rodent droppings.
