How do you complete your training?
First, complete the StateFoodSafety.com online food handler course. Second, the Tulsa Health Department requires food service workers to present their certificate of course completion and a current photo ID at the Tulsa Health Department to obtain an official Tulsa Food Handler Card. At the health department, you will be required to take a brief waiver test and pay an additional $13.00 fee. The waiver test is offered every 4th Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Please call (918) 595-4335 to register.
