This eight-hour online training can be taken at the student’s own pace and convenience. On-screen avatars increase students’ interest and retention throughout the course. It covers diverse topics from food safety foundations like employee hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing processes, and time and temperature controls, to managerial essentials like employee training, systemic food safety (including HACCP), and facility design.
