1. To buy the course, click on Buy Now
2. Continue following the directions through to "Check Out". Once you have completed the "Check Out" process you will receive further instruction to help you begin the training.
3. Progress through the training at your own pace. Review the materials as needed until you feel ready to attempt the final test.
4. Complete the training by passing the test with a score of 75% or better. You will have the opportunity to retake the test if necessary.
5. Print your certificate.
6. The $10 fee for the online training course enables you to take the training and pass the required test online, but does not include the fees for the Bell County Health District. They require that you take the printed certificate of course completion to Killen or Temple and pick up the health card.
