The StateFoodSafety.com Food Handler Course has been approved by the Kane County Health Department and has been assigned Certificate #0150.

All food service employees who handle, prepare, serve, sell or give away food in Kane County must complete a food service workers training program within 90 days of hire. An original of this certificate must be kept at the place of employment and available to the Kane County Health Department for inspection. You will print your certificate after taking the 70 minute course and passing the exam.
You will need a valid email address to register for this course. If you do not currently have an email address, you can get one for free online. We recommend Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail.
You must pass the Food Handler Course Assessment with a 70 % or higher to print your Kane County Health Department certificate. You will be given two test attempts with the purchase of each course.
Please download your Kane County Health Department certificate (a .pdf document) as soon as you have completed the assessment, even if you cannot print it at this time.
