Please present your certificate of completion at the Wichita Falls Health District office to obtain your Food Handler Card. You will be required to pay a $10.00 Health Department fee. This course has been approved by the Wichita Falls Health District.

The StateFoodSafety.com certificate of completion is valid throughout the entire State of Texas (TDSHS License #3).
