Oklahoma Food Handler Card Course

You will need to present your Certificate of Completion at the Tulsa Health Department to take their brief waiver test to obtain your Tulsa Photo ID Card. At this time you will be required to pay the $10.00 health department fee.

The waiver test is offered every 4th Tuesday at 2:00pm. Please call (918) 595.4335 to preregister.

Course Requirement Key
Need to drive to your local Health Department. Present printed certificate of completion and Photo ID to obtain local permit.
