Please present your certificate of completion at the Fort Worth Consumer Health Department to obtain your Food Handler Card. You will be required to pay a $10.00 Health Department fee at this time.

This course has been approved by the Fort Worth Consumer Health Department.

The StateFoodSafety.com certificate of completion is valid throughout the entire State of Texas (TDSHS License #3).
