You must pass the Safe Food Handling Assesment with a 75% or higher to qualify to receive your City of Dallas Food Handler Card.

Please present your certficate of completion at the Dallas Environmental and Health Services Department to obtain your City of Dallas Food Handler Card. You will be required to pay a $15.00 Health Department fee.

This course has been approved by the Dallas Environmental and Health Services Department.

The StateFoodSafety.com certificate of completion is valid throughout the entire State of Texas (TDSHS License #3).
