You must pass the Safe Food Handling Assessment with a 70% or higher to print your Utah County Food Handler Card.
   
Please download your Utah County Food Handler Card (a .pdf document) as soon as you have completed the assessment, even if you cannot print it at this time.

Utah County WILL deactivate your account once you have taken the test. Please download your Utah County Food Handler Card (a .pdf document) as soon as you have completed the assesment, even if you cannot print it at this time.

A Utah County Food Handler Permit is only valid for work within Utah County.

Attention Outdoor and Event Vendors:

The Utah County Health Department requires that all seasonal vendors obtain a Temporary Food Permit. For these vendors, the health department does not require a Food Handler Permit. To obtain the Temporary Food Permit, please contact the Utah County Health Department directly.
